Instructions for Mosaic Moments Tag-It Die App DELETION Request:
If you are a user of the Mosaic Moments Tag-It Die app on an Android or iOS device and would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, please fill out the form below as follows: Enter your name, email address, and other information.  Choose "Die Tag-It App - Account Deletion Request" option in Department. Include your Tag-It app user name in the Subject line and provide other details in the Message section.  Then, submit your request.
