DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Orders will be shipped UPS ground or US Mail depending on your address and location. Delivery is usually between 3-7 business days from shipping date unless you select a faster shipping time. When we have a SALE or promotion, ordes may take longer to pack and ship.  Depending on the number of orders we receive during the promotion, the processing time could be up to two weeks or longer.  Email us at [email protected] if you have concerns or questions about your order.

PRE-ORDER SALES:

Sometimes, we offer some of our products on a PRE-OREDER sale on the site. These pre-order sales are done before we place large orders with our suppliers and helps save you money and provides us with a better idea of inventory to order.  When we offer these Pre-Order sales, we do not have the items in stock.  Therefore, they cannot ship until we receive the items.  This process usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks, sometimes longer.  After we receive your order, it is placed on hold until we receive the products and the order is ready to ship.  Your credit or debit card is not charged until the items ship.  Note that when you place the order, your credit or debit card is authorized and will show as "pending" on your transactions list.  Though this does put a hold on that amount by your credit card company, it does not actually charge you the amount until we "Capture" the transaction when shipped.  If we try to "Capture" (process) your charge and it is denied, we will not ship your order and will contact you.

We make every effort to keep our inventory accurate and updated. In the event that an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will delete the item from your order and ship in a timely fashion. Your total will reflect the actual charges without the item.

We do not process back orders. You may reorder at your convenience.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Most packages are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail based upon weight and size. A tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. If your order gets delayed, lost or damaged in transit at any point, we have no recourse with the carrier, nor will we be responsible for replacing or refunding your order.

Once your package clears Customs, you will be responsible for any General Services Taxes (GST) or administrative fees on the item you order as imposed by your country's Customs agency.

You are responsible for picking up your package when notified by Customs or your postal carrier. If you fail to pick up your package and pay your fees, the package will be returned to us after 10 days. You will be responsible for any additional return shipping charges or customs charges. You will not receive a refund for your purchase. If you want the order reshipped to you, you will be responsible for the original shipping fees, any customs charges, return shipping fees (if applicable), new shipping charges, and any additional handling fees.

International Orders take slightly longer to process than U.S. orders. Delivery time varies depending upon shipment method and destination country. Once your order has been billed, please allow up to 72 hours for your credit card payment to be verified - once your payment has processed, your package will be sent to the Post Office for shipping. After it reaches the Post Office, it can take up to an additional 48 hours for your tracking number to appear in the USPS system.

Customs Offices have the right to hold packages for up to 30 days before releasing them to you. We are unable to track packages shipped by Global Priority Mail once they leave the United States - we can only provide proof of shipment.
