When you need a feminine, formal, or whimsical touch, try adding a scallop circle to your photo. This set includes both a 4x4 Scallop Circle and a 2x2 Scallop Circle. Both work like frame dies. The frame features a scalloped circle inside and fits the grid perfectly. Lay it on top of a 4x4 square (or 2x2 square) and then use the circle die, included in the set, to cut a photo to center inside the frame. The square will show in between the scallop frame and the circle.
