When you need a feminine, formal, or whimsical touch, try adding a scallop circle to your photo. The Scallop Circle 3x3 Die works like a frame die. The frame features a scalloped circle inside and fits the grid perfectly. Lay it on top of a 3x3 square and then use the circle die, included in the set, to cut a photo to center inside the frame. The 3x3 square will show in between the scallop frame and the circle.
