Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Wish in the Wind LLC (Snapncrop.com), you can return in original packaging for a full refund. To receive a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and let us know why you are returning the item(s). Please email contact@wishinthewind.com and type "RETURN ITEMS" in the subject or call customer service at 757-564-6400 and press 5#.  Please provide details about your purchase - date, items purchased, and invoice number.  We will provide you with return instructions.  Any refunds will be issued to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the item.  If you paid with a check or money order, a check will be mailed for the refund.
